Location: Remote in North America
Role Overview:
- Manage the day-to-day administration of the company's benefits programs, including health and wellness initiatives (e.g. insurance, EAP), retirement plans (i.e. RRSP, 401k), and additional employee perks.
- Managed all leaves, including disability claims, paid parental leave and so forth.
- Foster collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and consultants to ensure the streamlined delivery of benefits and prompt resolution of any issues.
- Improve the benefits operations and delivery process and the systemization and automation in benefits administration.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with local, regional, and global regulations related to employee benefits.
- Perform local communication to local businesses/HRs and employees about their benefits, including creating materials, presentations, and training sessions.
- Generate regular reports and utilize data analytics to assess benefits programs' effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
- Partner closely with HR Operations to handle employee benefit inquiries, ensuring prompt and exceptional customer service. Additionally, maintain regular communication with benefits vendors to address questions from employees and HR staff.
- Actively supported the corporate benefits in negotiations and contract management, conducting regular vendor assessments to optimize costs and enhance service quality and other programs.
- Performed other assigned tasks related to ongoing total rewards projects.
Qualifications:
- Experience in HR specializing in Benefits.
- Prior experience managing employee Benefits in both Canada and USA
- Excellent time management and organization
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience: At least 2-5 years of experience in a benefits operations support role.

Compensation Range: USD $75,000 - $113,000; CAD $64,000 - $96,000
