BGMI Live Ops Manager

BGMI Live Ops Manager will perform tasks needed for smooth live service of BGMI and report to PM team lead as a member of PM team. You will work together with Krafton HQ’s Live Ops team and dev partner for smooth operation of live service.
[Responsibilities]
- Live Service Issue Response: Share information and resolve together with relevant teams for service errors, bugs, and hack issues.
- Live Service Support: Operate banner, ban/unban user, deliver item, send push message, report on community sentiment, respond to requests from relevant teams, etc.
- User Communication: Announce main content
- Communicate with monitoring agency and manage relevant budget
- Policy update: Take the leading role in collaborating with relevant teams if any update is required for TOS, PP, ROC, and other policies.
[Qualifications]
- Bachelor’s Degree with an MBA from a reputed institution is preferred
- 2~5 years of experience, at least 2 or more years in mobile game launching, Live Ops service experience, or similar role
- Avid gamer of Battleground Mobile with strong understanding of the game system
- Able to travel without hindrance
- Understanding in illegal programs and ability to communicate on such issues
- Able to communicate fluently converse and send e-mail in English

- Experience in planning and using service infra tool
- Strong collaboration and communication skill
- Experience in planning/improving policies or job processes
