Audio Director

As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur’s Gate 3 & Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for an Audio Director to join the team and help us in crafting the high caliber games our fans have come to expect.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute the Creative Sound Design Vision
• Lead, support and train the Sound Design and Soundscape Team
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Audio
• Collaborate closely with the Audio Producer and the Audio Leadership team
• Communicate with Stakeholders and Feature Teams

Requirements

• Full project loop as an Audio Director on a AAA title
• Profound in building up and maintaining and delivering a Sound Design Vision
• Experience in Leadership
• Solid understanding of the Game Audio pipeline from Asset to Soundscape
• Profound mastering of Wwise
• Profound general audio production knowledge: how assets are created, mixed and mastered

Nice to haves

• Worked on an RPG
• Proficient knowledge of Foley and Field recordings
• Profound understanding of script systems to create customized scalable automated solutions.
• Basic knowledge in programming
