THE POSITION
Miniclip is looking for an experienced Atlassian Administrator to join our Cloud Engineering Team, in our Lisbon (Portugal) Games Development Studio. We are looking for someone who can help maintain the current Atlassian tool chain while working closely with Product Development teams to help them achieve their goals. This is a full-time, permanent position.
DUTIES
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Manage all aspects of the Atlassian tool chain including workflows, custom fields, schemes, add-ons and integrations (in Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket and Bamboo).
- Perform advanced troubleshooting tasks on Atlassian nodes including resource utilization and stack trace analysis.
- Build new Jira projects, and author workflows based on user requirements.
- Manage the Confluence environment and create spaces, pages and page templates as necessary.
- Manage roles and permissions for tools according to functional areas and team processes.
- Ensure system availability of all Atlassian tools.
- Handle service ticket queue to ensure timely resolution for end user issues.
- Prepare and execute major software updates in the tool chain.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
We’re looking for a social, hard-working person who enjoys working in a team with other people and is passionate and dedicated about his/her work. The ideal candidate will be strongly skilled in the following:
- 2+ years of JIRA administration experience, supporting small to large enterprise environments.
- Experience administering Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket and Bamboo.
- Proficient in ScriptRunner/ Groovy /JQL.
- Experience with AWS.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems with speed and efficiency.
- Ability to self-motivate, handle, and prioritize competing tasks.
- Ability to balance user requests and business.
- Strong verbal, written and social skills.
- Willingness to work on a fast-paced environment with scope changes.
- Willingness to be on call with the rest of the Cloud Engineering team (24x7 accessibility for emergency issues on rotation).
The following skills are desirable but not essential:
- Experience with Atlassian Data Center products a plus.
