Associate User Acquisition Manager

Wooga seeks an analytical, enthusiastic marketing professional to join its marketing team as an Associate User Acquisition Manager . In this role you will help us spending hundreds of thousands of dollars per month across multiple channels – Facebook, Google, Snap and others – in pursuit of Wooga’s user acquisition goals. In addition to managing user acquisition campaigns, this individual will also support the marketing team’s internal analysis pipeline, producing regular performance reports for the marketing team’s use.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in economics, marketing, or another relevant field and has a deep interest in mobile marketing industry. Relevant work experience would be a plus, but not necessary.

What you will help us with

• Support the team in managing campaigns across a variety of gaming platforms and optimize the performance of campaigns on an ongoing basis.
• Experiment, test and analyse campaigns.
• Use data-driven insights to enhance performance through targeting and segmentation.
• Support in the production of the marketing team’s internal analysis and external reports.
• Learn and grow into a full fledged UA Manager, and eventually own budget and execution of a whole Wooga game.

Who we are looking for

• Demonstrated interest in mobile marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, marketing, or another relevant field.
• Result-oriented and strongly data-driven.
• You consider yourself as being an expert in Excel.
• Proven capacity of understanding cultural differences and embracing uncertainty.
• Team player that can adapt easily to others and also work well under minimum supervision.
• Excellent written and spoken English

• Analytical thinker with great attention to details.
• Organized personality, but still able to improvise.
