Your Mission

As an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner, you will join the Edmonton studio and work closely alongside the Improbable Canada People team to support talent acquisition and talent brand efforts in North America.

The Talent Acquisition Team at Improbable operates a unique, embedded model which draws heavily on Agile principles to enhance recruitment excellence. This recent transformation has revolutionized our approach to hiring during 2020 and we continue to create modern recruitment techniques that provide a competitive advantage.

COVID-19 Studio Guidelines

The health, safety, and well being of our team members is of the utmost importance to our studio. As such, we have transitioned to remote work by default until a time at which we can safely return to the office. This means that all interviews, "onsite" interviews, office tours, and onboarding will be done over videoconference (or phone).
