As an Associate Store Publishing Coordinator, you will get to work on historic moments and help influence strategic decisions that will help shape player experience with the PlayStation brand for the better. You will be part of a team of game-changers, a small but brilliant collaborative global team passionate about publishing content. You’ll partner with inspiring and innovative game industry heroes, helping us build the future of digital publishing in our growing multicultural and multi-region team, getting to work on ground-breaking hardware and video-games.
The PlayStation Studios QA Store Publishing team is looking for a talented professional to help globally manage PlayStation Studios Digital Game content publishing. Based in our San Diego office, you will play a central role in communicating and coordinating the digital store publishing efforts. You’ll work closely with PlayStation Studios, Global Store and Services, Global Sales and Business Operations, Marketing and PR, Operations and the Compliance and Release Services teams across a wide selection of cool and interesting PlayStation products.

What you’ll be doing:
- Support and help coordinate the digital publishing of all PlayStation Studios products through public announcement, pre-order, live and post-launch phases
- Support the inclusion of PlayStation Studios products in Digital Promotions
- Coordinate digital voucher orders and approvals
- Input metadata and assets into Content Pipeline throughout the publishing lifecycle
- Develop and foster key relationships with global stakeholders and partners
- Provide Studio and Marketing partners with different strategies and options for launching their products
- Collaborate with your team and manager, sharing your ideas and feedback on both operational day-to-day work and strategy
- Proactively track store release dates and effectively manage workload to deliver store submissions on time
- Respond to any “Must Fix” store issues with urgency
- Become an expert in Content Pipeline, GameHubs and the PlayStation Publishing Lifecycle
- Act as a point of contact for publishing queries from departments including PlayStation Store, Operations, PlayStation Studios etc.
- Be a process owner and work alongside your peer group and the service owner to make improvements, communicate change, support delivery and ensure all established policy and processes relating to the role are professionally documented
- Contribute and delivering to the team’s yearly strategic goals, leading on tactics and helping design solutions and initiatives alongside your peers
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in QA Operations, project management or content management
- Project management qualifications (such as ITIL, Prince2, etc.) or relevant games industry experience
- Strives to create and contribute to an inclusive team culture; willing to challenge and reflect on internal biases

Nice to have - Desired qualifications / experience
- Knowledge of PlayStation tools, processes, people and practices or an ability and willingness to learn these
- Appreciation of PC & Mobile games and their associated storefronts
- Understanding of the PlayStation ecosystem and an appreciation of our games and products
- Experience working in a global team and international colleagues with the ability to collaborate effectively across regions, disciplines and time zones is desired
- Understanding of digital publishing processes is desired
- Experience with working on live service products or games as a service
