Associate Project Manager (Japanese Bilingual Required)

The Associate Project Manager is responsible for the coordination, processing, and supporting the preparation of all art assets for the Duel Masters TCG (Trading Card Game) through scheduling, database development, tracking, communication, and resolving discrepancies in a fast-paced production environment. Our success depends on a flawless flow of information and schedules, connecting across a wide range of internal and external teams and tools, and this role is essential in ensuring we can achieve success and grow the business. We rely on a ton of very specific details coming together accurately and at the right time so that our high-octane creative team can execute their work at an outstanding quality level. This role is critical in supporting their success.

What You'll Do:

The day-to-day responsibilities range from handling detailed data recording, to ensure that vendors have up-to-date contracts and work orders, to keeping partner reviews on track and providing meaningful next steps for your team. The primary areas of responsibility are:

• Scheduling, tracking, art budget management, and database management for outsourced Art assets.
• Ensure downstream partners receive assets on time, and that production review cycles happen on schedule and run efficiently and precisely.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of creative assets for upstream and downstream partners.
• Working closely with our Digital Artists and our external partners to schedule and track the creation and delivery of art assets that are used in packaging and marketing content.
• Maintenance of our core project communication and documentation, including Microsoft Teams, Confluence and SharePoint.

What You’ll Bring:

• 1+ yrs experience as a Project Manager or Producer.
• You’re organized and meticulous, with a strong eye towards detail and completeness.
• Excellent collaborative skills with creative, development, and cross-functional teams.
• An outstanding balance between a flexible/forward-thinking mentality and a strong orientation towards process.
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal in both Japanese and English.
• You thrive working in a creative, diverse, and multifaceted environment.
• Ability to identify and build efficiencies to further streamline processes.
