Job Title: Associate Project Manager
Job Summary: Successful candidate would support and coordinate certain areas within a videogame localisation and its related tasks. They would be taking care of setting up / checking / solving issues related to localisation tools and coordinate systematic modifications required by localisation within a videogame. They would also support internal teams in particular the Localisation Management’s Loc Support Tech team for day-to-day needs as required.
This is a 12-months Fixed Term Contract with high possibility to become permanent position.

What you’ll do
- To coordinate elements of videogames localisation and other related text from Japanese into French/German/Italian/Spanish. This involves communicating and coordinating to effectively carry out the setting up/checks/requests/problem solving related to software required for localisation projects, and any other relevant tools & plugins.
- To also coordinate the needs and carry out implementation checks on systematic modifications required for a language specific grammar matter as well as to coordinate debug functions required by localisation and tech teams.
- Liaise with developers, stakeholders, internal localisation team and IT team (as well as other external parties when required) for matters related to video game localisation tools and systematic modifications required for a localisation
- To assist internal teams as necessary, including Localisation and marketing teams, etc.
- To aid the Loc Support Tech team’s work when required with video game hardware and software asset management
- To aid Video Game data distribution related tasks
What you’ll bring
- Three (3) to four (4) years of related professional experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills in both English and Japanese.
- Attention to details.
- Ability to work under pressure, with tight deadlines and shifting schedules.
- Advanced computer skills: ability to work with task automation scripts/macros, troubleshoot PC software/hardware/networking issues, etc. would be a plus.
- Experience in project coordination is a plus.
- Experience in working with a team of translators of multiple languages is a plus.
- Knowledge of French/German/Italian/Spanish is an advantage but not essential.
- Knowledge/interest/experience in videogames and/or the videogame industry is highly desirable.

- Base salary range: £37000.00 - £56000.00. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. It is common for TPCi to start employees below the midpoint of the range. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates qualifications and experience uniquely.
