What we’re looking for:
- At least 2 demonstrable years of experience in managing videogames, software, or IT projects.
- Understanding software development methodologies such as AGILE, SCRUM, Waterfall, or KANBAN.
- Has experience working with Jira, Google docs, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong time management skills with a proven ability to focus on priorities, assess risk, solve problems, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to deal with changing priorities.
- Calm and confident leadership style.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively across a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Production and Creative Direction to provide motivation and monitor performance, maintain creativity, and build cohesive teams.
- Facilitate team communication, ensuring timely dissemination of information.
- Maintain and encourage workflow processes alongside daily tasks.
- Help identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Monitor sprints and deliverables.
- Assist in monitoring development plans and production schedules.
