Associate Producer

Secret Mode is the publishing wing of the award-winning Sumo Group Ltd. Our goal is to publish internally developed projects from any of Sumo Group’s 19 game development studios across the UK, Canada, Europe, and India, as well as third party independent game developers. As an Associate Producer with Secret Mode, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our projects run smoothly and efficiently. You'll collaborate closely with the Production team, facilitating meetings, tracking development schedules, and providing interdepartmental updates. Your keen eye for detail will be essential as you identify and resolve conflicts between schedule, capacity, and project goals, while also assisting in risk analysis and mitigation. With your proactive approach, you'll help drive and enhance our organisation's processes, making a tangible impact on our project outcomes.

• Experience or demonstrable understanding of game development and production practices.

• An understanding of project management fundamentals.

• Great communication skills, using a diplomatic and understanding approach to support your colleagues and partners.

• An open, positive and collaborative attitude.

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

• An eagerness to learn new skills on your own initiative.

• Very well organised, with a proactive approach to collating and spreading information .
