Associate Producer

Oxide Games is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Associate Producer with a strong understanding of agile methodologies. The successful candidate will play a vital role in coordinating and delivering projects, working collaboratively with various teams to ensure the highest quality in game development. With 1 to 2 years of relevant experience, the Associate Producer will contribute to the efficient execution of projects in a dynamic gaming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize a strong understanding of agile methodologies to oversee bug review and categorization processes.
• Collaborate closely with QA, release management, and development teams to address and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Assist Producers in tracking and managing cross-discipline action items, ensuring project deadlines are met.
• Proactively identify and escalate issues that may impact the quality of project deliveries.
• Maintain accurate production plans, backlogs, and bug queues to facilitate effective forward planning.
• Create and manage complex dashboards, reports, and queries in Azure Dev Ops tailored for the gaming industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role within the gaming industry.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Azure Dev Ops for project management and reporting.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Previous experience in game development or software production.
• Knowledge of bug tracking systems and processes.
• Experience in creating and maintaining project dashboards specific to the gaming industry.
