We are looking for an Associate Producer to work closely with individual and team leads to track progress, help resolve blocking issues, and prioritize tasks in order to deliver a high-quality experience, while also working with internal and external stakeholders to track feature requests, change requests, and provide creative solutions to a variety of development issues.
Responsibilities:
- Working with project leadership to define strategy execute against milestones and key deliverables
- Participate in and maintain records of development and planning discussions.
- Driving efficiencies and new ways of thinking with a goal of reducing waste and increasing efficiency
- Maintain and improve team documentation and processes.
- Data entry and maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Experience executing and managing operational processes.
- Proficiency with Jira
- Detail-oriented, flexible and have consistent follow-through.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple departments.
- Experience problem solving, tracking priorities, and multitasking within a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for video games
- Must be currently eligible to work in the USA and onsite in New Orleans, LA or Hoffman Estates, IL
