Associate Producer (Art) - SUMO SHEFFIELD

The role @ Sumo
Sumo Sheffield has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Associate Producer to assist with managing the relatively new Central Art Team. Reporting into the Central Art Producer, the Associate Producer will have responsibility over Artists from many disciplines within Art and be accountable for delivering their work on-time and to quality. This role is ideal for someone looking for an interesting challenge who considers themselves highly adaptable and composed.
To be successful you will:
- Have 2+ years of working in a production role with experience working on shipped console and/or PC titles
- Be experienced in managing Art disciplines with good knowledge of Art Pipelines
- Manage the schedules of multiple art disciplines over all Sheffield projects, ensuring that milestones are agreed, detailed and delivered as expected
- Possess the skill to drive the change control process within the Project Teams
- Have the ability to communicate effectively across multiple projects and keep a good high-level view over them
- Identify and resolve conflicts between schedule, capacity and project goals
- Continuously assess risk and keep scope of the project in line with capacity and schedule
- Demonstrate experience managing day to day communication of matters regarding schedule, capacity, change and risk with the Central Art Producer and making recommendations accordingly
- Maintain close communication with team leads and provide team members with material and technical support as needed
- Be adaptable and open to change due to the evolving criteria within the Central Art Team
- Facilitate collaboration with external and internal teams
- Follow Sumo Digital’s project development standards and guidelines
- Have knowledge of Scrum and/or Kanban methodologies
