Job Description
Ubisoft, a global leader in the video games and entertainment software industry, is looking for an Associate Performance Media Manager. This is a new position within the Performance Media division that focuses on data driven strategic media planning and targeting across social and programmatic media channels, leveraging our internal advertising tech-stack and first party data. The Associate Performance Media Manager will be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of all in-house digital media campaigns. The successful candidate will be a media buying specialist with a proven track record managing campaigns for multiple brands targeting multiple audience segments, across various digital channels. As such, we are looking for candidates with thorough knowledge of the social and programmatic media ecosystems. In addition, this person should also have an interest and desire to learn all facets of data driven media planning and execution, including search and YouTube. This role will report to the Manager, Performance Media.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the day-to-day activation of performance media campaigns, including campaign creation, performance optimization, and budget monitoring for Ubisoft’s US social and programmatic campaigns.
- Work with Media Analytics to deliver dashboard/reports that give a clear view of campaign performance, along with insights, recommendations, and next steps.
- Provide strategic and tactical recommendations during campaign media planning.
- Work with cross-functional teams (Brand, Media Planning, Digital Marketing, and Analytics) during campaign planning.
- Participate in the creation of media strategy presentations and campaign post-mortems.
- Demonstrate proactivity in providing daily meaningful optimization recommendations and provide timely updates/answers to short notice requests.
- Demonstrates high ability to manage multiple requests, tasks, and dependencies in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years direct experience in digital advertising
- Experience in managing large scale, complex multi-channel campaigns across multiple brands, with emphasis on Facebook, Instagram, Snap, Twitter, YouTube & Google Marketing Platform
- Experience with Facebook Business Manager and/or Google DV360 is mandatory.
- Experience in an Agency/Ad-Tech/Publishers environment preferred.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and/or a high-level understanding of web-trend analytics is a plus.
- Must be a pro-active team player that is detail oriented, self-motivated and time efficient.
- Strong communications skills (oral and written), with the ability to explain digital marketing concepts in layman terms.
- Knowledge of the video gaming industry and/or passionate about digital performance media a plus.
