Associate Marketing Manager

POSITION SUMMARY
D3 Go! is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Associate Marketing Manager with a strong sense engagement to help support our business.
As a member of the Marketing / Digital Operations Department, the Associate Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing activities across multiple channels, maximizing effectiveness of campaigns between multiple departments. The Associate Marketing Manager reports directly to the Director of Marketing and coordinates with the Head of Communications and Product Development teams to create and evolve strategies for maximizing marketing presence and efforts of D3 Go!’s titles.
D3 Go! is currently operating under a hybrid work environment with employees spending one day a week working from the office in Encino, CA.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to obtain and plan long-term marketing and social campaigns aligned with developers’ roadmaps.
- Support brand marketing efforts in collaboration with Communications team for influencer marketing and performance marketing to maximize effectiveness of all customer touchpoints.
- Create and execute Go to Market plans for multiple titles, planning an effective timeline and budget allocation between multiple departments and platforms.
- Manage asset and storefront strategy, testing, and development; Optimizing creative assets to improve overall target KPIs.
- Work with external partners (including licensors and vendors) to create and manage co-marketing campaigns.
- Develop consumer-facing game communication including but not limited to What’s New test, social copy, and marketing assets.
- Performs market research, competitive analysis, and post-mortem analysis to evaluate effectiveness of marketing and social campaigns. Assists with developing new strategies, insights on competition, and promotions.
- Manages all cross-functional communication with internal and external partners and shares pertinent updates as needed to the relevant teams.
- Works collectively with Creative team to build production calendar for asset delivery that supports Social and User Acquisition materials in compliance with 1 st and 3 rd Party partner guidelines and timelines.
Other Duties & Responsibilities:
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
- Occasional business travel may be required.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field required.
EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years of experience in digital or performance marketing with at least 1 year of mobile, entertainment, or app marketing preferred.
- Experience working in a results-focused environment with an emphasis on return on investment.
- Relevant experience in new product or line launch experience preferred.
- Experience working in the mobile gaming industry is a plus.
HARDWARE / SOFTWARE:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficient with common analytics software, acquisition tools (SDKs), and dashboards (e.g. Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, etc.)
OTHER COMPETENCIES:
- Excellent writing skills.
- Public speaking and verbal presentation skills.
- A high business level of social media management knowledge.
- Experience with premium titles is a plus.
- Strong Negotiation Skills
