Our Incubation Team focuses on prototyping new ideas, new game concepts, new franchises, and the incubation of new studios with the ambitious vision to create genre defining games for the next generation of players. This is one of those unique opportunities that only happen once in a lifetime.

The Role

ProbablyMonsters is looking for an enthusiastic Associate Graphics Engineer, comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and learning new Rendering & Graphics techniques. You will join a team in the early stages of developing a new game, franchise, and studio. This is a unique opportunity where you get to help define a new game and make long lasting and impactful technical choices.

Your primary focus will be to learn Unreal Engine, get up to speed on the customizations we have done to the renderer and respond to requests from Art & Design with a focus on performance and maintainability within the scope of a Stylized rendering pipeline.

We are seeking someone who is ready to dive into new problems, figure out novel solutions to existing problems, and able to tackle Graphics problems across PC & Console. We are all enthusiastic about helping to shape a culture of collaboration and trust while creating best-in-class action games.
