Activision has world-renowned entertainment and video game franchises, spanning genres and embedding themselves in pop culture for decades. Our current IP includes, but is not limited to, Call of Duty, Crash Bandicoot, and Tony Hawk Pro Skater. As a member of the Marketing Creative team, you will help bring these franchises to life as we develop campaigns and build creative.
YOUR MISSION
As an Associate Creative Producer, you will oversee the project management and production for all of our projects for the Call of Duty franchise. You will support our production team and ensure a smooth pipeline of projects, a strong relationship with our partners, and a strategic, forward-thinking view of the franchises. You will be supporting and driving the workflow forward, and ensuring alignments across multiple stakeholders while delivering work that is high quality and on schedule. You are comfortable managing a high volume workload with often changing priorities and deadlines, and are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders to push a project through to completion.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support in end to end project management from intake to delivery
- Support in developing detailed project plans, timelines and budgets
- Support in executing creative workflows and communications across various project types from digital, social, video, animation, web and design; oftentimes managing a high volume of assets
- Work closely with internal team members (production, creative, scheduling) to ensure adherence to production process and seamless communication
- Establish and maintain project workflows, approval processes and communication streams with both the creative team and marketing partners, ensuring next steps and milestones are clearly communicated
- Manage asset storage and file exchange for all projects, keeping project folders well organized and up to date
- Oversee and supporting multiple projects at a time, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
- Report on project updates and project health to Senior producer on a regular cadence
- Ability to manage feedback and notes from multiple stakeholders (Legal, PR, Studio and editorial) and track revisions and approvals
- Ensure all individuals and teams providing assets to Marketing Services are clear on expected delivery dates and confirm, well in advance of the final delivery date, that they are on track to meet the deadline. Adjust schedules as necessary to maintain final project due dates.
- Review all materials to ensure they meet internal and external technical requirements including brand and legal guidelines and that they are free of inconsistencies and errors
- Establish and maintain positive and professional working relationships with various teams, partners and vendors.
- Address urgent partner issues that arise day-to-day being able to perform well under pressure and ambiguity
PLAYER PROFILE
Minimum Requirements:
- 1-2+ years experience in production, account, operational and/or project management, preferably in a consumer marketing or advertising environment working with creative teams
- Able to handle multiple assets under tight deadlines while remaining organized, detail-oriented
- Comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities and juggling multiple projects at a time
- Digital production knowledge preferred but not a must
- Working knowledge of video game production a plus, but not required
- Must be extremely organized and have experience tracking and/or trafficking a high volume of assets
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing multiple approval channels
