Associate CRM Manager (Contract)

Assist cross-functional teams to develop and implement CRM campaigns for existing and new products to meet/exceed KPI goals. Also, assist with improving the organic growth of websites.
- Assist with all email marketing campaigns, win-back programs or player lifecycle initiatives. Coordinate and liaise with stakeholders (Brand, Production, Creative, Web Dev, etc.) to ensure quality from start to end and execute all email marketing sends.
- Monitor and compile email marketing reports and ensure KPIs are being met. Work with manager to provide recommendations based on data.
- Assist with benchmarking data and best practices for future initiatives from internal products and competitors. Maintain knowledge of email marketing best practices, industry trend, data privacy, opt-in standards, etc.
- Coordinate and assist SEO efforts to improve organic growth of website traffic. Monitor website traffic through Google Analytics to determine the effect on SEO changes.
- Support any A/B/n test efforts on email marketing, website, etc. and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure we are on track with scheduling.

Work Experience
- Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience on executing email marketing campaigns for multiple projects
- Nice to have 1+ year(s) of experience with web analytics and/or SEO
- Impeccable attention to details, deadlines and accuracy on projects
- Ability to compile various data points to assist with post mortem reports
- Ability to adapt and solve problems calmly without losing focus
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Gaming or Entertainment experience a plus but not required
- Basic HTML knowledge a plus but not required
Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
- Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field
- Graduate Degree a plus
Knowledge/Skills
- Hands-on experience with Email Marketing Solutions such as Acoustic (formerly IBM WCA)
- Experience with Google Analytics and the ability to digest data points
- Experience with Google Suite or Microsite Office
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a team player mentality and carry a positive attitude
