Vivid Games is one of the leading Polish mobile game developers and at the same time the team of almost 90 individuals on a mission to entertain players with great games. The games we publish are developed by internal teams and external studios as well as from the publishing program. We work remotely, having an office in Bydgoszcz.
We are looking for a talented 2D/UI/UX Artist preferably with previous experience in the mobile games industry. Someone who has strong design and conceptual abilities, high communication skills to pass information efficiently, and who is proactive. Created UI and gameplay solutions will greatly impact our users' experience.
What are your duties?
- Cooperating with our Midcore Games Team.
- Sketching, iterating, and creating 2D game art.
- Transfering UI/UX ideas into high-quality visual assets.
- Taking care of the content creation pipeline in order to find ways to optimize workflow and identify areas for improvement.
- Cooperating with game designers to develop visual concepts and ideas for the current and upcoming features.
- Preparing layouts and mockups.
- Exporting final deliverables following the formats and best practices of each platform.
- Optimizing created graphics in terms of size.
What should you offer?
- 3-5 years of relevant experience,
- An updated portfolio is a must-have to be considered in this recruitment process.
- Strong design, color, composition, and conceptual ideation abilities.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Understanding the limitations of information display and interactivity of today's mobile devices.
- Desire to learn new technology.
- Knowledge of technical constraints, optimization, and implementation.
- Fluency in English (at least B2).
- Knowledge of Unity will be a very strong plus.
