We are currently looking for a phenomenal Art Producer to work on our next generation of top-10 cross-platform games! You will own the art production pipeline, ensuring that visual elements on the game are of the highest quality and consistent with the game's vision!
The ideal candidate has a passion for perfection. They have a drive for smooth & open communication, and their detail-oriented thought-process will help create a smooth art pipeline.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with Producer and Art Director to scope art for new features.
- Manage art team deliverables, ensuring they meet the defined objectives.
- Create, organize and manage art asset list to ensure all deliverables are on time and accounted for.
- Sprint planning for the art department.
- Collaborate with Art Director and producers to find artistic solutions which balance creative vision with production realities.
- Collaborate with Technical artists and art leads to help develop efficient and productive art pipelines and establish metrics which ensure artistic goals are met within technical performance targets.
- Work to maintain morale and create an atmosphere of creativity and enthusiasm on the art team.
- Work with Art Director and production to support outsourcing partners with clear guideline documentation and effective feedback to realize goals.
- Identify and communicate issues with art delivery schedule, providing options for solutions in a timely manner.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with at least 2-5 published game titles.
- 3+ Years outsourcing experience on a mobile game.
- Strong organization and asset tracking skills.
- Ability to communicate ideas extremely well, providing feedback and discussing creative direction with a diplomatic approach.
- Understanding of traditional art principles and art theory including principles of color, light, and composition.
- A strong grasp of visual design as it relates to game development.
- Proven ability to present clear documentation to communicate ideas within the art team.
- Proven ability to determine a strategy to organize resources and manage a project successfully.
- A passion for game development, of course!
