Art Outsource Coordinator - Creative Department

Outsource coordinators support product teams through the process of outsourcing. Outsource Coordinators source outsource partners, monitor outsource resource allocations, maintain outsource partner databases, and coordinate with legal, IT, and departmental purchasing partners to handle POs, SOWs, and partner onboarding.
As an Outsource Coordinator on the Creative Outsourcing team you will report to the Head of Art Outsourcing. You will partner with product teams across the organization to organize the process of outsourcing by sourcing new suppliers, tracking resource allocations between the teams, and coordination between departments to get suppliers working. You will work with producers, artists, legal experts, purchasing partners, studio heads, and professionals of all kinds to create a first class outsourcing experience for our partners.
Responsibilities:
- Manage vendor onboarding, contracting, and payment process for product teams across the Riot Organization
- Identify potential vendors, source vendors for partners from internal riot databases and outside
- Oversee allocations and identify opportunities for suppliers shared by Riot product teams
- Process requests from multiple product teams
- Coordinate with Legal and Departmental Purchasing Partners to handle POs and SOWs
- Manage relationships, communications, contracts, and schedule work being done with suppliers
- Collaborate to maintain an outsource database with supplier data including past projects, scorecards, and contact information
- Coordinate information and updates with accountable outsourcing partners
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ Years of experience
- Experience working with outsource or external partners
- Experience with data entry and tracking
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with COUPA, Beeline, Jira, Airtable, and Google Sheets
- Experience working with artists or other creative disciplines
- Experience managing the needs of partners across an organization
