Art Director (Kraków)

About the position:

As an Art Director you will translate the vision to artistic assets, establish the artistic direction and create the visual style of the game. Please send your CV and portfolio link and join us!

Responsibilities:

• Defining, driving and holding the style of the game on the basis of the initial direction and concept
• Creating high-quality concepts which represent the game’s vision and communicating it clearly to the team
• Taking part in the game’s review and visual consistency, maintaining high-quality standards
• Maintaining the artistic version of the game through the whole production process
• Mentoring, motivating, supporting, supervising, feedbacking the art team
• Collaborating with production to ensure high-quality project and meet deadlines
• Coordinating the cooperation between stakeholders and the project team

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in the game development environment
• At least 3 years of experience in a mentor or a leading role
• Excellent knowledge of design software (Photoshop and/or 3d)
• Experience in managing cross-discipline teams
• Understanding the game development process from a concept phase to the release and the production pipeline of AAA games
• Shipped at least one title in Senior Position or higher (AAA title)
• Strong, inspiring portfolio presenting realistic, high - quality art concepts
• Very good communication skills, openness for giving and receiving feedback
• Proficiency in English
