Art Development Manager

We are currently looking for an Art Development Manager to join our growing team. You will work under the responsibility of the Creative Director and you will be responsible for the management of a multidisciplinary Content Production team. You will be supporting the production and development team in the creation of high-quality visual content while meeting time and budget constraints.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multiple internal and external development teams to develop and plan work schedules based on project goals
- Monitor progress of work, liaise with internal and external groups and provide project status reports and feedback to your teams
- Remove roadblocks so that the teams can perform at their optimum and be accountable for their overall deadlines
- Work with other colleagues to define and scope the content required from outsourced vendors
- Setup and define the pipeline as well as delivery schedule for outsourcing and ensure vendor deliver on time and on budget
- Setup and oversee a Quality Check process that controls and ensures deliverables are being met by our Vendors
- Maintain proper reporting and tracking by regularly sharing updates to the Creative Director and communicate with all parties involved
Requirements
- Experience in Project Management or Project Coordination in games development or production industry
- Experience (and love) for building and maintaining team performance
- Previous experience managing a SCRUM process
- Demonstrated experience in working with broad cross-functional teams
Bonus Points
- Excellent usage of project management tools (MS Office, Airtable, Lucid Chart, etc.)
- Good knowledge and passion for production tools (JIRA, Confluence etc.)
- A data-driven decision making approach
