Job Description
Ubisoft Québec aspires to become a hub of creativity and development for people, as well as video games. As part of our organizational transformation and the evolution of our agile practices, we are looking for an Agile Coach who has actively participated in large-scale transformations and has experience with Agility at this scale.
What you will do
- Act as a coach and mentor to the Scrum Masters in order to support them in the development of their skills;
- Establish coaching plans with teams and individuals based on performance objectives, the context of intervention, and the current level of Agile maturity;
- Share knowledge, insights and recommendations to improve team maturity, effectiveness and motivation;
- Support the establishment of humble and learner self-organized teams and enable them to solve problems and cultivate individual growth;
- Make visible and remove barriers to the organizational and cultural transformation of the studio;
- Work to harmonize agile practices across the different projects and services of the studio;
- Be consistently exemplary in your methods and in your interactions with various stakeholders;
- Advise and support the Agile Transformation Leader in their decisions and implementation of objectives;
- Act as a facilitator and agent of Agile change;
- As a member of the Agile Centre of Excellence (CEA), you will also:
- Contribute to increasing our knowledge base by injecting your knowledge and learning into it;
- Provide support to other ARB members in resolving their challenges;
- Facilitate workshops and provide training;
- Monitor the latest trends in Agility.
Qualifications
What you will bring
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in an organizational transformation environment in large organizations
- Scrum Master training (certification is optional but considered an asset)
- Mastery of key Agile executives (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Change management knowledge and professional coaching training
- Comfort with challenging the status quo (constructively)
- Demonstrated ability to make meaningful improvements to self-organizing Agile teams through the application of coaching techniques
- Ability to communicate effectively and in a structured manner at all levels
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Bilingualism - French and English
