As a member of the Performance Advertising Team for World of Warships, you'll be at the forefront of our efforts to expand the game's player base and create engaging experiences for gamers worldwide. Our team is dedicated to implementing cutting-edge advertising strategies to drive player acquisition and retention, ensuring the continued success of World of Warships.

What will you do?

• Affiliate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates and affiliate networks to ensure a collaborative and productive partnership.
• Player Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at attracting and acquiring new players to the World of Warships game.
• Network Expansion: Identify and onboard new affiliates and networks that align with our player acquisition goals.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor affiliate performance and optimize campaigns to maximize player acquisition and revenue.
• Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and continually improve the affiliate program's effectiveness.
• Communication: Act as a liaison between the company and affiliates, ensuring clear and effective communication of promotions, updates, and goals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align strategies and drive player acquisition success

• We are seeking an enthusiastic Affiliate Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in growing our player base in the exciting world of World of Warships. The ideal candidate should possess robust communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work autonomously. Proficiency in establishing and cultivating relationships with affiliates, specifically within the World of Warships Affiliate program, is crucial.
