Affiliate Manager

Job Overview

The World of Warships Performance Advertising team is looking for a senior Affiliate Manager with focus on User Acquisition. Your role will be to grow our presence through Affiliate and CPA Network channels.

What will you do?

• Manage Affiliate Networks;
• Maintain relationships with existing partners: webmasters, ad networks, affiliate platforms, and influencers;
• Identify new opportunities for the gaming offers, and onboard new publishers;
• Manage billing processes and payment methods associated with affiliate activities;
• Planning and Execution;
• Take charge of budget planning and execution within the performance marketing team;
• Regularly analyze performance data to identify key improvement areas, scaling opportunities, and strategies for optimizing marketing spend;
• Collaboration;
• Work with cross functional teams: assist with and help to solve technical, finance, and platform queries;
• Work with the creative team to develop campaigns that resonate with our target audience;
• Lead the global World of Warships affiliate program through all stages, including brainstorming, developing, launching, maintaining, marketing, and analyzing.

• Platforms: Affise, CJ, Impact, Webgains, FlexOffers;
• CRM: Salesforce;
• Payment models: CPA, CPP, CPI;
• Analytics: Tableau, Google Analytics, Looker Studio;
• Market research and hacks: any tools you need (ahrefs, similarweb, social blade, GPT4 etc).
