關於職位

在我們日益成長的全球銷售團隊中，Twitch 台灣廣告銷售總監扮演重要腳色，負責提供傑出的廣告業務解決方案給廣告商及其媒體代理商。您將直屬於位於新加坡的廣告銷售區域副總裁。

您負責與所有廣告市場中的決策者建立新關係及鞏固合作，尤其須著重在遊戲與娛樂產業、快速消費品 (CPG/FMCG)、電影發行等，以及所有在地及全球的的媒體代理商。

與團隊一起打造創意、創新和顧客服務至上的成功文化，您對於廣告產業及 Twitch 帶來的影響力有無比熱情。

• 具備高度操守和知識，成為Twitch跟客戶和媒體商之間的最佳代表
• 管理現有的客戶和媒體商的關係，並建立新合作
• 管理快速成長的客戶經理、客戶總監團隊 (QBSR)
• 與內部外部開密切合作，尋找整體銷售策略，並落實於市場產品上
• 創造區域廣告收入，用創意引領著團隊銷售超越目標
• 在相關業界活動成為Twitch的最佳代表

須具備條件：

• 10 年以上數位媒體銷售團隊管理經驗
• 擁有影音媒體銷售相關經驗，熟悉台灣數位媒體市場
• 與媒體代理商和客戶有長年合作關係
• 具備程序化廣告經驗
• 面對代理商、客戶、活動時，具備向廣大群體簡報的經驗
• 積極參與多項職務

About the Role

The Twitch Advertising Sales Director Taiwan will be a crucial member of a growing global sales team that provides excellent advertising solutions to advertisers and their media buying agencies. You will report into the regional VP ad sales based in Singapore.

You are responsible for building new and developing existing relationships with senior decision makers across all advertising markets, starting with a focus on the gaming and entertainment industries, fast moving consumer goods (CPG/FMCG), movie studios and all the local and global network media buying agencies.

Creating a culture of success through creativity, innovation and customer service throughout the team, you will be passionate about the advertising industry and the impact that Twitch has had in a short period of time.

You will excel in a startup culture and look for new ways to create value for the business and team.

You Will:

• Represent Twitch with a high level of integrity and knowledge and be a resource for your clients and agencies
• Manage existing and develop new relationships with clients and agencies across markets
• Manage a fast-growing team of account managers/directors (QBSRs)
• Work closely with stakeholders across the business to identify sales strategies and implement products across markets
• Build territory ad revenue and exceeding goals through creative and consultative selling
• Represent Twitch at industry events

You Have:

• 10+ years in digital media managing sales teams
• An understanding of the digital media market across Taiwan with experience of video
• Proven senior relationships across media agencies and clients
• Experience with programmatic advertising
• Experience presenting to large groups at agencies/clients/events
• Be proactively involved in multiple responsibilities
• University degree
