Advertising Monetisation Specialist

YOUR MISSION
As an Advertising Monetisation Specialist you will be responsible for managing all advertising monetisation aspects of your games. You will be responsible for the advertising monetisation strategy for your titles as well as design, execution and optimisation of in-game placements to increase overall product ARPDAU. The ideal candidate must be able to work cross-functionally with Production, Marketing, Game Design and BI teams to drive world-class monetisation strategies. You will also lead our efforts to make Advertising placements, events and operations adopt a live ops approach. We’re looking for someone that feels comfortable working in a lightning-fast paced environment while taking on multiple projects and adapting to the changing needs of our games, players and business opportunities as they arise.
DUTIES
- Design and develop, together with Game Design and Product teams, world-class gameplay experiences based on a deep understanding of advertising monetisation, game metrics and KPI’s with the goal of improving overall monetisation
- Build strong advertising industry intelligence efforts and ensure monetisation best practices are documented and shared with the team and the wider business
- Understand, plan and deliver the technological requirements needed to optimize advertising monetisation in-game. You’ll achieve this by working with Game Producers, Developers and QA teams to ensure they are effectively tested, implemented and released
- Own the strategic planning for ad monetisation for all your products. You’ll be required to work with our BI team to design and propose hypothesis-driven analyses and A/B tests that have a meaningful positive impact in the monetisation of your games. You will also support senior management with analyses and reports that guide decision making and company strategy
- Lead and be the owner of our effort to have a LiveOps approach to Advertising Monetisation. You will create and define the advertising LiveOps processes and tools. Use a LiveOps approach to test various hypotheses around placement optimisations as well as advertising events and offers to improve retention, monetisation, and advertising engagement. You’ll be the project owner from concept, design, testing, and live execution
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years of proven experience in product management or mobile advertising
- Degree in Business, Management, Economics, Marketing or similar
- Experience in managing and delivering cross-functional projects
- Highly organized with exceptional time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- Experience in supporting decisions based on complex data analysis
- Comprehensive understanding of technology development
- Deep understanding of free-to-play game systems and economies
- Knowledgeable and passionate about the Mobile Games industry
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional team player
