Position Summary

Job Summary:

The Digital Account Manager coordinates all aspects of the relationship with lottery customers utilizing Scientific Games’ interactive programs including players clubs and loyalty rewards programs.

• Serves as the day-to-day direct contact for lottery customers.
• Creates and manages to a digital marketing plan and budget for multiple assigned interactive programs.
• Develops and maintains strong direct customer relationships in order to advance Scientific Games and customer objectives.
• Communicates account activity, milestones, KPIS’s, obstacles, and performance regularly to customer and internal teams.
• Coordinates customer needs with appropriate Scientific Games departments.
• Reviews major deliverables and communicates internally to ensure quality standards and expectations are met.
• Works with internal teams to ensure proper functioning of rewards program technology.
• Leads content development for proposals or other assignments as an interactive subject matter expert.
• Responsible for all financial aspects for each loyalty program
•Other functions and responsibilities as assigned.

• Lottery industry and marketing experience preferred
• Digital Marketing and Account Management experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills at all business levels
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to maintain positive customer relationships
• Ability to coordinate and complete numerous tasks simultaneously while maintaining a sense of priority
• Must be a motivated, self-starting individual
• Ability to adapt to fast paced environment with ongoing changes
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
• Bachelors Degree required
• 5-10 years of customer experience
