Summary:
The Age of Learning Schools Division is now seeking to add a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to work with departmental leadership to provide a variety of broad organizational, logistic and administrative support. This position will work under the direction of the General Manager to assure smooth and efficient preparation of reports, internal communications, travel planning, expenses, presentations, and other administrative requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain reports and records
- Track progress of projects and assure high quality and timely completion
- Schedule and organize travel and meetings, and assist in the development of agendas
- Participate in data entry for various projects
- Assist with the processing of invoices and contracts as needed and maintain relevant documentation
- Assist with new employee onboarding
- Support coordination between department heads
- Handle or see to the handling of technology issues for all departmental staff
- Maintain schedule and calendars for executive leadership
- Handle additional tasks and projects within the department on own initiative
- Represent the Project Manager by attending meetings as needed
- Process expense forms, invoices, and purchase orders
- Manage the process of on-boarding and off-boarding of new team members
- Day-to-day admin needs of department
- Proof and edit documents as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information
- An excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Ability to multitask efficiently and collaborate effectively under pressure
- Exceptional organizational and record-keeping skills
- Ability to rapidly learn and use the organization’s management software (Concur, SFDC)
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive “can-do” attitude is a must, willing to help wherever needed
- Proficiency with MS Office products: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong work ethic and discretion required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Interest in education
- Experience in project management
- Administrative experience in an academic setting
- At least 2 years workplace experience in general office setting or other role where attention to detail and communication skills have been successfully demonstrated
