Aristocrat as the slot machine leader in Philippines is expanding its presence and have a newly established office where our business requires a leader to join the team. The role will oversee the administration of the office while also support sales and leadership teams. The role also will help establish marketing vendors and relationships in Manila as we expand our activities in the Philippines and grow with the casino industry. The role will also include coordination with global offices while supporting some of our functions with our regional head of Administration who is located in Macau.What You'll Do
- Receptionist duty such as phone answering, meeting room setting and tidiness, reservations, enquiries, and logistics
- Make reservations for Asia Leadership Team, Sales Team and visiting guests
- Correspondent and Coordinate on mail courier and faxes; follow up on orders and deliveries with suppliers
- Word processing production, preparation of basic correspondence using Word and Excel
- Assist managers in scheduling appointments, meetings and travel arrangements for business trips as required
- Complete and submit expense reports including management expenses within required timeframe
- Maintain and upkeep of all office equipment. Order and maintain office supplies
- Purchase marketing materials locally & support marketing team with in-casino marketing activations
- Support on customer marketing presentations with Microsoft Powerpoint
- Support marketing to follow up on timelines and deliverables with vendors
- Support and enable customer events in the Philippines
- Support accounting on bank check submission and delivery
What We're Looking For
- Professional attitude, willingness to learn & keen interest in the Philippines Casino industry
- Proficient in both Tagalog & English
- Proficient use in Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint
- Respond/react quickly to changing priorities and to be dedicated to completion of required tasks
- Good communication skills in both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively interact with employees and support management
- Initiative, resourcefulness, and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize workload and develop sense of emergency based on own judgment, to meet deadlines and to maintain a high level of quality and accuracy
