The digital & America’s physical sales team are looking for a driven individual to assist with the day-to-day management of key partner accounts. This person will work across sales, finance and marketing departments to deliver sales results against quarterly and fiscal year sales goals. This position will work with key stakeholders to help initiate, develop and implement new promotional campaigns to maximize product visibility and sales potential.
What You’ll Take On:
- Maintain thorough understanding of current digital and physical retail landscape, inventory levels, and sell through trends for all T2 products
- Assist in the creation and execution of promotional roadmaps with account managers for our key partners
- Coordinate quarterly lifecycle planning strategy in conjunction with various Sales, Label finance and corporate finance departments for all T2 labels
- Work with Corporate Finance on Monthly and Quarterly sales checks which include promo verification, forecast scrubbing, reforecasting, billing updates
- Responsible for meeting submission and approval deadlines and ensuring Manager is kept informed of all updates, issues and opportunities
- Collaborate with Trade Promotion Management (TPM) software users of various groups throughout the organization (finance, IT, audit) to update system as needed, address day-to-day issues, resolve complex, non-routine, and/or sensitive system problems, and propose and negotiate solutions
- Communicate with TPM end users and development teams, gathering information, diagnosing issues, and providing regular and timely updates to the teams and management
- Oversee both internal and external audit inquiries for the sales team as well as any ad-hoc requests
Education/Experience:
- BA/BS degree and/or two-years of appropriate industry experience
What You Bring:
- Familiarity with videogame industry developments and trends
- Strong analytical skills, with the goal to draw solid conclusions with direct business impact from multiple sources of data
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including other internal departments, levels of management, and outside sales relationships
- Proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Anaplan, Snowflake and Tableau a plus
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational, priority planning, and problem-solving skills
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Ability to function in a highly confidential, fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines
