to build our new Studio in Barcelona!

As a Ad Monetization Lead you will:

• Build Ad monetization strategy for new and existing games
• Manage and optimize multiple ad networks through multiple mediations (Levelplay, Max, Admob)
• Implement, manage and optimize ad waterfalls for the entire game portfolio
• Integrate/manage rewarded ads, interstitials and banners
• Integrate/manage surveys, offerwall and audio ads
• Perform daily analysis and ad optimization for our games.
• In-app bidding
• Negotiate new ad-network integrations
• Segment users for better profitability and enhance the country segmentation
• Identify and implement new ad placements inside our games
• Close collaboration with product teams to ensure a seamless advertising integration

To be successful in the role you will need:

• At least +3 years experience on Ad Monetization for F2P mobile games using Ironsource, Admob, Max mediations
• Experience on A/B testing of different monetization strategies
• Experience with ad network integration and mediators
• A passion for games and a huge ambition to create unique, amazing and massively successful mobile games
• A high level of emotional intelligence, interpersonal & teamwork skills
• Autonomy, strong drive to get things done, and self-organization skills
• Ability to make decisions based on both qualitative gut feel and quantitative data and reasoning
• High level of written and oral communication skills in English
