Achievement Hunter Post Production Intern

Rooster Teeth Productions is looking for a Post Production Intern to join our Achievement Hunter team in Austin, TX as part of our Winter Intern Program!
The ideal candidate would have a passion for and knowledge of YouTube, digital entertainment, and video games. The candidate would also have a proven track record of completing projects efficiently, be detail-oriented, and possess the ability to think outside the box. In your time with us, you will learn how a production studio operates, as well as day-to-day skills on how to support teams and projects. You will use your creativity to solve real problems and apply what you have learned at school directly to your internship while building professional relationships.

**Due to recent events dealing with COVID-19, Rooster Teeth Productions is currently operating dual remote and in-person. In this climate of constant change, candidates must be able to both work and telecommunicate from home, as well as being able to be onsite if that becomes an option. Due to this, candidates must have the proper hardware and internet connection to be considered.
Responsibilities
- Editing and creating relevant content for Achievement Hunter channels and social media
- Thumbnail creation for videos and other graphics for social media
- Cataloging and storing daily recordings
- Supporting the Post Production team by handling small projects
Qualifications
- Candidate will be working remote to start, but needs to have the ability to be onsite in Austin, TX should that become an option later
- Proficient in Premiere Pro and Photoshop. After Effects is a big plus
- Working knowledge of PCs, Google Drive, and Google Sheets
- Willing and eager to learn post production workflow
- Extremely passionate about online video, especially YouTube
- Familiar with Xbox, PC gaming, and streaming Superior communication and analytical skills
- Be a self-starter with a strong desire to grow personally and professionally
- Being able to roll with the punches and have a good attitude under pressure
- Being currently enrolled in college and taking the internship for course credit is a BIG plus!
