Accounts Payables Specialist

Cloud Imperium is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist who can hit the ground running. We are looking for someone with at least 3-5 years of experience who can scale with us as we continue to grow. This person will need to be flexible and jump in and help in many different areas including but not limited to accounts payable, payroll and the general ledger.

Responsibilities:

• Code and enter invoices
• Process vendor and expense report payments
• Match invoices to Purchase Orders
• Ensure processes and controls are followed
• Assist in the bi-weekly Payroll process
• Provide support for other ad-hoc analysis and projects as needed

Requirements:

• Prior Accounts Payable experience a must
• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with high sense of urgency
• Proficient in Excel
• Experience with QuickBooks and Workday Financials a plus
• General Ledger experience a plus
• Open to being cross trained in other areas of the Finance Department
