Summary of Position

The Accounting Intern is responsible for receiving and verifying invoices, entering invoices for payment, employee expense reimbursement, Corporate Credit card reconciliation, and maintaining and updating vendor list. In addition, this position assists in the flow and maintenance of purchase orders, collection of most recent W9 from vendor and summary of vendor’s payout.

We are currently working in the office 2-3x a week in a hybrid work model.

The target start date for the internship program is 6/10 and the duration of the internship will vary between 8-12 weeks depending on the role .

Job Responsibilities

• Set up new vendors; receives and reviews purchase orders, entering the invoices for payment
• Employee expense reimbursement
• Credit Card reconciliation
• Vendor payout summary
• Vendor list update and collection of most recent W9
• Other duties as assigned

Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification

• Enrolled in Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Business Administration or Accounting.

Knowledge/Skills

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good time management skills
• Strong Excel skills

Documentation Needed (i.e., art portfolio, coding portfolio)

• Resume and Cover Letter

Compensation Description for Pay Transparency (hourly)

The base salary range for this position in El Segundo, CA is $18.00 - $20.00 hourly.

Our salary ranges are determined by market data based on position and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salaries for that position. An individual’s pay is determined by factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experiences, relevant education or training, and location.
