As an Account Manager, you will represent Aristocrat while promoting and selling machines, games, and recurring revenue products to existing and potential clients. You will be responsible for product knowledge and will manage an assigned sales territory to meet quarterly and annual sales targets. While working closely with the regional Sales team, you will develop strategies for individual accounts and territories.
The Account Manager reports to the EMEA Sales Director. This position will be hybrid and requires you to travel within Europe and occasionally outside Europe.
Job Responsibilities
- Strives to increase account penetration though the sale of the entire span of Aristocrat’s Games Products.
- Infiltrates the assigned market by demonstrating knowledge of gaming industry, and identifying, qualifying, and closing prospective target accounts and providing excellent service to existing customers.
- Presents and demonstrates the company’s products utilizing P.O.S. materials as well as presentation kits.
- Prepares accurate and timely quotes and business proposals.
- Closes sales in accordance with agreed goals and strategies
- Oversees sales territory to meet quarterly and annual sales targets and maintains accountability and tracking systems.
- Develops and maintains forecast and budget systems.
- Accurately reports specific sales forecasting to Sr. Director. Submits all sales reports as assigned within established timelines.
- Refers and provides all Systems business opportunities to Aristocrat Systems sales staff.
- Serves as a trusted advisor to Aristocrat's key customers.
- Maintains up to date customer information and enters order fulfillment information.
- Maintains current and complete product knowledge through training.
- Reviews and submits business expense reports in a timely manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
What we're looking for
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field or its equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in gaming or a related area.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English and Spanish.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining and developing customer relationships.
- Demonstrate creative, innovative, analytical, forward-thinking abilities.
- Technical knowledge sufficient to demonstrate the company’s games and systems products to customers and respond effectively to customer’s questions.
- Must be able to travel with little or no notice, potential extended periods and must be able to travel by air any day of the week.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information regarding the company, company products and employee information.
- Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
