We seek a legendary Account Manager to oversee the execution of some of the most thrilling gaming activations in the global gaming industry.
As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role within the Brand Partnerships team, working with key client accounts and serving as the client's primary point of contact (POC). You will be responsible for the client's onboarding process, meeting clients' Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), supporting the realization of campaigns, overseeing custom projects, and enhancing client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to manage timelines and processes, exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and harbor a passion for the video game industry.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Own client relationships post-sale; develop and implement strategies to boost client satisfaction and retention.
- Manage and expand key client accounts by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Supervise campaign implementation post-sale, ensuring campaigns are executed impeccably and meet client objectives.
- Handle custom projects, collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
- Develop and maintain account plans for each client, outlining strategies and goals for each account.
- Monitor and report client activity, including revenue growth, satisfaction, and overall account health.
- Dispatch your enemies from the shadows, using the darkness as your ally and the ancient swords of our clan as your sacred weapon of retribution.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in account management, client services, or related fields.
- Experience at an advertising agency, preferably within a digital/technology company, is essential.
- Experience in the gaming industry is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and process-driven.
- Fluent in English and flexible working across time zones (we have teammates in the US and Europe).
- Proficient in Google Suite Apps and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- A passion for gaming is an advantage.
- Proficient in hand-to-hand combat and stealth. Jumping from roof to roof skills are a plus.
