ASO Manager

We are seeking an exceptionally talented ASO/ Organic Growth manager to develop and execute the App Store Optimisation and organic growth strategy.

• Lead the organic growth for our apps and demonstrate a real impact on organic downloads
• Track and analyse our keywords, rankings, featured lists and other opportunities for organic downloads
• Work closely with BI and data functions to measure the success of actions, make learnings and provide business reporting
• Lead the creative production of new assets and localizations, working with our marketing creative team
• Monitoring and studying the competitors’ games and trends
• Regularly test new strategies in the ASO space
• Lead cross functional initiatives to drive app store performance as well as impact other areas of the business. Cooperation with design, product and UA teams
• Help identify how to measure and quantify impact of funnel optimisation

You have a love for numbers and along with an interest in creatives. Analytical, problem-solver, proactive, team worker. You should have passion about gaming apps and how they are marketed.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in ASO
• An excellent understanding of the different app stores and their processes
• A deep understanding of the keyword optimization process and key metrics
• Familiarity with ASO tools
• Excellent ability to set ASO strategies
• Exceptional analytical skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Deep understanding of the advertising and gaming space, 3rd party tracking and reporting tools
• Strong sense of ownership, ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in Social Gaming
