ASO Manager (M/W/NB) - Ubisoft Mobile

Job Description
Part of the Paid Media team, you report directly to our Media Associate Director and your main focus is to create, implement and develop the ASO strategy for all Ubisoft Mobile's line-up, with a wide and diverse porfolio (from AAA Mobile games such as R6 Mobile to very successful casual games like Hungry Shark).
Your main objectives will be:
- Maximize discovertability on the stores
- Maximize conversion rate on the stores
- Build a key expertise on ASO for our portfolio
Thus, your main responsabilities will be:
- Be the in-house expert for keyword research and keyword optimisation
- Make sure that out visual assets have a coherent narrative and follow ASO best practices.
- Apply best practices to game titles and subtitles, constantly finding opportunities to improve the search rankings for each game within different search categories.
- Look after the copywriting process of the app store pages in alignment with brand guidelines, USPs and keyword density.
- Work on regular benchmarks to be on top of the latest trends
- Analyse the current processes and workflow to suggest improvements
- Leverage External tools to improve our analytical capabilities, keyword optimisation and to identify market trends
- Work closely with different internal stakeholders in Mobile HQ and on the studios
- Find and build relationships with external partners to supercharge our ASO capabilities
- Establish comprehensive ASO guidelines and agree on action points with the studios to maximise discoverability
- Suggest, Test and Analyse different Hypothesis to improve the conversion KPIs and organic growth
- Define clear steps to evaluate the performance of our Metadata to identify best performing assets (icon, app preview, screenshots, keywords).
Qualifications
- You have a solid experience of relevant ASO experience
- Knowledge of different ASO strategies and ways to improve conversion on the store
- Understanding of custom store pages, deeplinks and latest ASO updates from the Stores
- Knowledge of data analytics and ability to work with BI to identify key findings
- Successful achievements in previous roles working on ASO projects for mobile apps
- Experience working on A/B tests on both Google Play and Appstore
- Experience using different tools and dashboards
- Knowledge mobile game and key features of free-to-play games is a strong bonus
