Accounts Payable Specialist (Contabilità Fornitori)

Keywords Group company, provides international media localization, translation, voice recording, and international content creation services through its network of project managers, recording studios, and selected linguists around the world.

The Candidate , part of the SSC center AP team, will be responsible for the data entry of supplier invoices, using AI , and will also participate to the month end process.

The candidate, reporting to the AP coordinator, will work on the following tasks:

· Review invoices and follow up for data entry using AI

· Review invoice approvals, based on DOA (Delegation of authorities)

· Month end review and reconciliations

Requirements

Technical Skills

· 2/4 years of experience in the role

· Good knowledge of Excel

· Excellent Knowledge of English (level C1/C2)

Plus

· Bachelor’s in accounting

· Knowledge of Power BI, AI, Power automation

Behavioural Skills

· Organized and results driven

· Strong team player and problem solver
