6 Months Internship January 2022 - Community Engagement Assistant (F/M/NB)

Job Description

As part of the EMEA HQ Community Engagement team, you will participate in the global coordination of our Community Ambassador Programs, creating stronger bonds with core communities of our games. Engaging with Content Creators, Cosplayers, Fan Artists and more from all across the world, these programs offer a unique and VIP experience to our most invested players.

Reporting to the Community Developer Engagement, you will support with the running of the Siege Champions Program, the Community Ambassador Programs for Rainbow Six Siege and Assassin’s Creed. In this position, you will work closely with Studio teams, EMEA HQ marketing and communications, and an international network of local subsidiaries.

You will take part in the deployment of the Community Leaders Programs (CLP) strategy and schedule, through the following missions :

• Project management: global coordination and follow-up of activities at a global and local level,
• Content production: coordination with internal and external teams to produce varying types of content for the program, such as live events, digital assets, goodies, etc..
• Help with the implementation of the internal communication plan: ensure internal visibility of the project via local team follow ups and reports on the activities of the members for top management,
• Support on transversal subjects that impact the different existing programs: process, tools, reporting, benchmarking, ...

Qualifications

• Being a student, you have excellent oral and written communication skills, you are organized, creative and proactive,
• You are completely fluent in English (please note, the final interview(s) will be held partially in English) to be able to work in an international and bilingual environment,
• You have a good knowledge of gaming and influencers communities, an interest in video games (especially FPS, Rainbow Six Siege, Esports) is a plus,
