AppLovin’s in-house creative team, SparkLabs, is looking for a talented 3D Designer. You would be joining a team that is responsible for creating a variety of graphic, video and interactive creatives designed for mobile games. The genres will vary from match 3 games to far more complex resource management and mid-core games. These creatives will be used to allow end users the ability to preview some of the largest mobile gaming apps in the marketplace.

Responsibilities:

• Compose, illustrate, and animate graphic, video and playable advertisements for AppLovin’s partners globally across a wide variety of mobile gaming genres.
• Model, animate, texture and rig 3D objects
• Collaborate with business teams to understand campaign objectives.
• Research and synthesize market trends and innovate creative ideas
• Optimize ads by ideating and creating high quality ads to meet those objectives.

Basic Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree in graphic design, media arts, illustration, animation, game design or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-2 years of professional experience working in creative production.
• Strong proficiency using Unity, Maya, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere and Illustrator.
• Ability to grasp multiple design requirements with attention to detail and effectively complete deliverables within deadlines with little supervision.
• Results oriented and interested in working with data and cross-team stakeholders to produce high-engagement ads.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience creating/editing mobile advertisements.
• Experience with 2D character animation.
• Game design or development experience is a plus!
• Marketing experience is a plus!
• Working proficiency in another foreign language is a plus!
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing.

• 具备基本的英文说写能力，与全球的团队进行有效沟通
• 高效率的时间管理能力，在适当的辅导和监督下，能够根据判断任务的优先级并在规定时间内完成
• 重视细节，能够按照设计要求完成任务
• 有热情和动力不断学习和提高设计的标准
• 以结果为导向，对数据有兴趣，与跨职能团队开展合作，制作高质量的广告内容

• 有2D人物动画制作的经验
• 有游戏设计或开发经验者优先考虑
