The Creatives is a large and multi-skilled team responsible for optimizing our user acquisition campaigns’ performance through the creatives (aka ads) displayed on them. The delivered creatives can be 2D and 3D videos or playable experiences that will be the first point of contact for millions of players with our games and IPs . In a competitive landscape of millions of mobile games, having appealing and captivating creatives that resonate with our audience plays a significant role in every games' growth.
To find great creatives, we developed a unique process that combines creativity and tons of data analysis that brings learnings from past creatives, benchmarks, and market trends. To guarantee that we are continually generating new creatives with a major impact on our game’s growth, we produce creatives on an industrial scale.
The Playables department is responsible for producing our playable ads (or mini-games), which are the first interactive experience we will provide for a major part of our audience. We want to keep questioning and learning how this small taste of our games will leave them craving for more. This is a multiskilled team composed of engineers and artists
About the Role
Your role is to manage the artist team inside Playables. Your main objectives will be to:
- Coach and develop our artists
- Continuously look for opportunities to produce playables more efficiently (including automation tools, standardization, and rethinking process)
- Look for opportunities in your department to improve playables performance
You will also play an important part in partnering up with an exceptional team of Engineering, Creation, and Creative Intelligence talents to produce some of the industry's best-performing and most innovative playable ads.
This role is for those passionate about transforming good ideas into great results, directly impacting the business growth, and helping millions of new users experience our games.
What you'll need
- + 6 years of experience with Mobile Games or other types of Real-Time projects;
- + 3 years of experience as a Senior, Leader or Supervisor of a Mobile Games team;
- Having created or helped to create technological innovations that had good results in previous work experiences;
- Full knowledge of the process of creating 3D models for games;
- Full knowledge of texturing and painting techniques and software (Photoshop, Substance Designer, Substance Painter);
- Solid knowledge of Unity 3D;
- Knowledge of 3D Animation;
- Rigging knowledge is a plus;
- Knowledge of programming language or shader programming is a plus.
