2D Game ArtistSummary
Product Madness is looking for a highly proficient, remote 2D digital artist to assist on our new genre-bending social casino app being built in Unity in partnership with external developers. This is a committed team member who contributes to key game art assets while working to support Art Leads managing external teams to ensure a cohesive and highly polished game experience.What You'll Do
Paintovers of varied game world objects to ensure quality and cohesion across assets delivered by partner teams.
Set up finished game world objects for hand-off to animators or tech artists for implementation.
Generate pre-production assets like mood-boards, documentation and concept art under the guidance of Lead Artists.
Assist Lead Artists generating new live ops and features in-house.
Assist User Interface team by illustrating needed UI elements like icons.
What We're Looking For
Excellent illustration skills in a range of illustration styles a n d a deep understanding of light and form.
Experience with concepting complex environments and detailed props.
Highly proficient in Photoshop and file structure best practices.
Team player, with a flexible attitude and the ability to receive and provide constructive feedback.
Have conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure delivery on deadlines.
Have a passion for games and a good understanding of what makes a game visually appealing.
Experience as a game artist on a released mobile title.
Experience with 3D packages is a plus.
Professional level of English.
