業務内容
- 求人広告からスクリーニング、面接、最終分析まで、採用活動の全サイクルを管理する。
- 新入社員の統合とオンボーディングのサポート。
- 従業員とマネージャーの問い合わせにタイムリーに対応します。
- 会計士のサポートとして、給与計算や経理業務を行う
- 必要に応じて、その他の管理および関連する職務を実行します。
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage full cycle of recruitment actions from job advertisement to screening, from interviews to final analysis.
- Support in the integration and onboarding of new employees.
- Assist with the execution of wellness programs and initiatives.
- Support the accountant with payroll and accounting tasks.
- Perform other administrative and related duties as required.

- ExcelおよびMSOfficeの実務知識。
- 人事・総務の実務経験。
- 日本の労働法、労務関連の知識。
- 細部への優れた注意。
- カスタマーサービス指向。
- 強力なコミュニケーションスキル。
- 日本語がネイティブレベル、英語がビジネスレベル以上

- Working experience in human resources and general affairs.
- Knowledge of Japanese labor laws and labor-related.
- Strong communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Excel and MS Office.
- Japanese skill: Native level, Engilish skill: Business level
