It is the co-developer of worldwide hits PUBG MOBILE. -Our Vision: To Create the LIGHTSPEED Universe, the ecosystem that connects players and developers around the world. -Our Mission: To explore the future of gaming with true passion for games. -Our Slogan: the future of gaming with true passion for games. 美的感覚や動的美に熟知し、古代日本の歴史、人物、建築に深い理解を持っている方。 ゲームのアート基準を探求し、オリジナルのキャラクターデザインを制作し、キャラクターデザインや立ち絵をご製作できる方。 キャラクターの性格やゲームプレイに基づき、キャラクターをデザインできる方。 積極的に成長したい方、コミュニケーション能力が高い方、チームワークが出来る方、勤勉で勉強熱心、クリエイティブで性を発揮して突破できる方。 チームとの良好なコミュニケーションを取りながら、円滑に上司の指示とチームメンバーの意見を整理し、最終的にいい作品ができるように、尽力いただける方。 中国チームと日本のイラストレーターとのコミュニケーションの架け橋を担当できる方。 Proficient in aesthetics and dynamic beauty, with a deep understanding of ancient Japanese history, characters, and architectural scenes Explore game art styles, make original character designs, and create character art and illustrations Depict character designs based on their personality and gameplay Actively learn, communicate, and collaborate in a clear and innovative manner Maintain good communication with the team, connect with upstream and downstream partners, and ensure the final performance effect Serve as a communication bridge with Japanese artists team. 1.具备良好的审美和动态美感，对古代日本历史、人物、场景建筑有很深理解； 2.探索游戏美术风格，制作二次元角色设计，产出角色设计和角色立绘； 3.根据角色的性格和玩法，来刻画出角色设计 4.积极进取，沟通合作，思路清晰，勤奋好学，突破创新； 5.与团队保持良好的沟通，衔接好上下游，保证最终表现效果； 6.对接日本画师团队，沟通桥梁 Requirements: 5年以上の実務経験があり、コンシューマゲームまたはカードゲーム製品の業務経験がある方優先。 長年二次元フィールドで経験を積み、ゲームと2次元が好きで、責任感があり、ゲーム体験に注目できる方。 学習能力とコミュニケーション能力に優れ、新しい技術を自主的に研究・学習し、業務に適用できる方。 中国のゲームプロジェクトに参加したことがある方優先。 More than 5 years of working experience, with a preference for those who have worked on console games or card mobile games. Several years of experience in the 2D field, a passion for games and the 2D culture, a strong sense of responsibility, and a focus on game product experience. Good learning and communication skills, able to proactively research and learn new technologies and apply them to work.
