It is the co-developer of the worldwide hit PUBG MOBILE. 仕事内容 1. 開発中のSLGゲーム内メインシステムのデザインと実装を全般担当していただきます：例えばギルトシステム・プレイモードのルール・プレイヤーの成長プラン・収益化など。 2. SLGシステムを継続的にアップデートを行い、長期運営のニーズに合わせて、バトルアリーナ、シーズンイベント、エコノミックス調整などを担当していただきます。 3.世界観/シナリオ内容と緊密に連携し、ゲームステージのゲーム性とビジュアルをともに高クオリティーなものをご制作いただきます。工作内容 1. 负责在研创新SLG游戏内主要系统的整体设计和落地，包括但不限于联盟系统、玩法规则、成长规划、经济循环。 2. 对SLG系统进行持续迭代，以配合长期运营需求，包括但不限于副本对抗、赛季赛事、生态调整等。 3. 能够与世界观/叙事紧密配合，保证系统与交互在游戏性与视觉方面均达到高水准。 Requirements: 応募資格 1. 大卒および大卒以上の学歴、ゲームが好きで、3年以上のゲームプランニング実務経験がある方。 2. 日頃各主流のSLGゲームに深く理解し、分析していて、少なくとも1つのゲームの核心システム/ゲームデザインを主導した経験がある方。 3. ゲーム制作側の視点をお持ち、マルチプラットフォームのさまざまなジャンルのゲームにをプレイしている方、例えば、戦略カードゲーム(「Slay the Spire」、、「三国殺」など) 4. 優れた論理的思考力をお持ち、ステージデザインの考え方やポジションリングを明確に説明できる方。任职要求 1. 本科及以上学历，热爱游戏，3年以上游戏策划经验。 2. 对各类主流SLG游戏有深入理解和分析，至少主导过一款游戏的核心系统/玩法设计。 3. 具备宽阔的游戏视野，深度体验多平台各品类游戏，如策略卡牌类（《杀戮尖塔》、《三国杀》等） 4. 具备优秀的逻辑思维能力，能清晰阐明系统设计的思路和定位。 LIGHTSPEED STUDIOS is a leading global game developer, with teams across China, United States, Singapore, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Japan, South Korea, New Zealand and United Arab Emirates.
