Hr Senior Analyst

We are looking for a talented person who wants hands-on HR experience in a fast-growing environment.

This role is crucial for the organization as the first point of contact for all employees, handling R&S process, payroll for 100+ team members, navigating an array of policy questions, ensuring data integrity, streamlining HR tools, navigating employee benefits, and much more.

- Coordinate HR Operations routines (vacation, admission, termination and benefits).

- Providing guidance in HR-related policies, procedures, and best practices.

- Responsible for monthly payroll preparation and submission;

- Lead the day-to-day HR initiatives, support and guide managers through the process of performance management, employee development, employee relations, etc.

- Create and update People Operations process documentation, standard operating procedures, help guides, and various other resources to be used within the department.

- Management of employee database, documentation, and company policies to keep them well-organized and up to date.

- Champion internal communication initiatives that keep our team aligned, informed, and engaged

- Coordinate recruitment activities such as job description, job posts, interviews agenda & follow ups, job offers, and liaison with candidates for the admission process.

- Support talent management initiatives, including performance management and employee development programs

- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding.

- Actively participate in the improvement of the area and cross-area processes.

- Help to ensure that HR strategies and plans are translated into concrete actions and tangible results.

5+ years of relevant experience.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

Knowledge of labor laws, e-social, and labor taxes.

Experience in HR Operations routines

Advanced English (will be tested).

Ability to multitask.

Strong organizational skills and strict attention to detail.

Advanced Excel/Google sheets skills could be a differential.

Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English.

A high degree of initiative and take ownership of tasks.

Experience in similar sectors or technology companies will be valued.
